Each workshop participant must send a 200 EUR non-refundable deposit for each week of classes. The deposit will be applied towards the workshop fee. You may pay by credit card through Paypal, check (US residents only) or wire transfer.
As soon as we receive your deposit, we will book the lodging of your choice and send you a confirmation. Although no deposit is required for your accommodation, we will ask for your credit card details at some point. It will be used only if a hotel cancellation charge applies.
To ensure space in our workshop, we recommend that you book early. Class size is limited to 6 students and classes start filling up as early as January. |
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
The balance of the workshop fee is due 90 days before the start of the workshop. We will send an email reminder two weeks in advance of the due date.
Hotel charges are due upon checkout. If staying at Villa de Herra, cash payment is due upon arrival and it is non-refundable.
Payment for private transfers, if applicable, must be made in cash directly to the driver.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will receive a 100% refund on the balance if you send us a cancellation notice at least 90 days before the start of the workshop; 50% refund at least 60 days; and no refunds if less than 60 days. Travel cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
If you want to reschedule, you may do so within the same year or the following year. If you are due a refund, we can apply it toward the workshop fee. If not, you must pay the deposit again to hold the space.
With regard to your hotel reservation, you must send us an email at least 15 days prior to your check-in date to avoid any penalty. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of a 1-night stay.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for emergency reasons. We would refund any monies paid and also pay you up to 100 EUR toward the rescheduling of your flight if you choose to join another Fresia Studios workshop.
