Each workshop participant must send a 300 EUR deposit for each week of classes. The deposit will be applied towards the workshop fee. You may pay by credit card through Paypal, cashier’s check (US residents only) or wire transfer. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will book the lodging of your choice. We will also send you detailed information on how to get here and links to some travel-related sites. |
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
The balance of the workshop fee is due 45 days prior to the start of the workshop. We will send an email reminder two weeks in advance of the due date. The cost of lodging is separate and due upon checkout if staying at a hotel or due upon arrival if staying at Villa de Herra. Private airport transfers, which are optional, can also be arranged and payment is made at destination.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will receive a 100% refund if you send us a cancellation notice at least 45 days before the start of your workshop. Less than 45 days but more than 30 days, any monies paid may be applied to another workshop within 1 year of cancellation. This amount is also transferable. Less than 30 days, all monies paid is forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for emergency reasons. We would refund any monies paid and also pay you up to 100 EUR toward the rescheduling of your flight if you choose to join another Fresia Studios workshop. |
